Ever wonder what your child’s day would look like before you visit? Here’s a peek inside our Pre-K classroom, home to our 4- and 5-year-olds.
Every morning begins on our circle time rug, where each child has a spot to sit and we gather for morning meeting. The calendar and weather board helps children talk about the day, count, and notice patterns, while colorful displays of shapes, letters, and numbers keep learning right at eye level.
Just around the corner is one of the children’s favorite places: our cozy reading corner. Soft seating, pillows, and low shelves full of picture books invite children to curl up with a story, practice their reading, and share books with friends.
Our Pre-K program follows The Creative Curriculum and runs full-day and year-round, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If your child is a little younger, our Preschool 2 classroom for 3- to 4-year-olds is the step right before Pre-K. Wondering how we compare with school-day pre-K? Read our guide to free pre-K in Cherry Hill.
Photos are lovely, but nothing beats seeing the room in person. Tours take about 15–30 minutes. Schedule a tour or call (856) 320-2001, and browse more photos in our gallery.
